Hello and welcome to Slaithwaite Cat Lady.

I began my pet care journey in 2017 with Paws on the Moors, providing professional pet care across the Holme Valley. In 2020, I expanded as Holmfirth Cat Lady and, in 2022, became Slaithwaite Cat Lady, offering trusted, compassionate cat sitting and small animal care throughout the Colne Valley and Holme Valley.

I provide professional cat sitting, pet sitting and home visits in Slaithwaite, Marsden, Linthwaite, Golcar and surrounding areas of the Colne Valley, as well as Holmfirth, Meltham, Honley and nearby villages in the Holme Valley.

Alongside caring for cats, I also look after rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, chickens and other small animals. If your pets have specific needs, please get in touch to discuss how I can help.

Whether you're away on holiday, visiting the area, travelling in your campervan or simply out at work for the day, I offer home visits that allow your pets to remain safe, comfortable and relaxed in their familiar surroundings.

I have extensive experience working with rescued animals through both my professional work and volunteering roles. As the owner of a rescue cat and dog myself, I understand that rescued and anxious animals often need patience, consistency and a calm, sensitive approach.

I can also administer medication and support pets with additional care requirements, helping you feel confident that your animals are in safe and experienced hands.
